Landscaping

One of the most common needs for a home sale! We offer lawn maintenance, weed control, trimming of shrubs and trees, laying mulch. Need to add a new landscape feature? We offer design services to create garden and yard features that are cohesive with your home’s style to maximize buyer appeal & build on site- pergolas, patios, decks and more! Pictured below, we changed a window out for a door and built a large deck over the top of an old set of stairs to create an indoor-outdoor oasis.

Handyman Services

We can fix it all! We replace trim, change light fixtures, tile repair, change or add cabinet pulls, change door hardware- you name it! And, our team has the experience to help you select the right finishes for your home style that will resonate with the most home buyers.
